#36 When did you stop playing?

When did you stop playing? Playing is flow state, is a very high frequency...means creation from our essence. Observe a little child, how it is in the NOW, how it looks curiously and without worries into the world and how it experiences in full presence and without evaluation. The energy of "Pippi Longstocking"...full of joy, bliss, strength and conviction "I create the world as I like it". To live this incarnation as a conscious creator, to play as a divine child is your birthright. You must choose and live it, allow yourself, be awake and determined and let go of everything you are not. Play again, celebrate again... be the joy, be the bliss... even if you seem to have no reason to do so on the outside, then be it first and your outer reality will follow your inner state.

#35 The gift in the shadow...

When we free our survival strategies from the energetic charge, then our strengths and talents are born from them. We want to have these aspects back, fully integrate them and free them from their traumatic energy. Then what served us to survive in the past, is available to us today as a great gift. We then have the choice and are free to share this gift with the world without having to do it out of compulsion. We want to have this energy back, it is part of our vitality, it is our vitality. "I want you... completely, you belong to me...I love you....

#34 If we are dancing the dance in the Matrix, we can never really meet each other truthfully...

If we move within our programming in the matrix with our roles and masks and let ourselves be dominated by our identity, we prevent any true encounter. There are 2 externally controlled survival programs "meeting" each other, as weird as it sounds, but it is the truth. If you want to experience a deep connection with another being, nourish and be nourished in an encounter, then let go, surrender .... die before you die and let yourself be guided by your higher self, the only reality that exists.

#33 "I see your true color shining through"...

I "see" you, your essence, your power, your truth and your beauty behind all these veils of oblivion. I "see" you when you can no longer recognise yourself, because my focus is on what can never break and is always whole and complete. I recognise the game here on this earth when you have forgotten it and get confused with the avatar that plays on your stage of life. This is the greatest gift I can give you, to shine my light on what is your truth, your consciousness, because that is the only reality.

#32 Are you a warrior who fights in the Matrix, or do you fight in the only true war, the one within you for your liberation to embody your true being?

Basically, there is only one true war to win, the one within us. To return to what we really are, infinite awareness and to create our life consciously and awake. To win the inner war, you need a truthful and courageous warrior, a radical one who is not scared and intimidated by his inner monsters and demons and is not seduced by distractions and conveniences from the Matrix. Do you want to have control over your life, or do you leave it to your inner programs that control you in almost all of your actions? Nobody likes to hear that, but if you dive deep into why you're doing something, it will reveal itself to you...

#31 Can we be to "educated"?

Intellect or intelligence? What do we learn and from whom and what does the "knowledge" give us? Does it bring us more of what we want, or does it create more stress and restlessness in us? Everything in this universe is energy, everything has a frequency, every letter, every word, everything. What kind and quality of "knowledge" do you allow to become one with yourself? You are energy and "knowledge" is energy, one could say, parts in you then become that. This is how our education system works and almost everything we come into contact with in the system. We become good consumers, people who no longer ask questions and hardly dare to critically question things. Are you a part of that game of limitations, or do you climb the ladder up and take the meta perspective? Then you are a truly seer and have control over your divine creator again.

#30 Is it coming from love or out of fear...

Is it  coming from love or out of fear is a very valuable question for the true intention of our actions and what intention is really behind it. Fear is often disguised in distrust, doubt, striving for security, control, etc.. We often do not even realize that we are driven by it and it is 99.9 percent a mental construct from the past. We don't "think" healthy fear, we experience it directly in the now, when we are really in danger, but how often does this really happen? What we usually do in our personality is to believe our thought patterns and to create a scenario that is not there at all. Review your thoughts, your actions, your intentions. What energy do they come from? And then let them fall if they come from fear and not from love, as you will create more of what you don´t want.

#29 Be the divine impulse...

Be the divine impulse and give birth into the world what wants to be born through you. Of course, this is not possible through our personality (ego). For this we need to let go of everything we "think" what we are.  The empty, receiving space for the divine impulse that wants to be expressed through you. There is no "I" anymore, here you are the divine being and the sacred space. You have no opinion about whatever information comes into your vessel, because you know what we perceive with our mind and our senses, belongs to the matrix and is not reliable. If such an impulse reaches you, then you are the tool for the divine and do not allow your mind to evaluate, to judge and to overwrite this intuition. Remember, what we perceive as humans is always only a fragment, a small part of the bigger picture.

#28 To judge and evaluate is a movement against life...

When we evaluate ourselves, a situation, or other people and hold on to our opinions and concepts, we close ourselves to life, fulness, magic and what our limited ego mind cannot imagine. We radiate out  "I" know it better than life, better than source, I like that and I don't like this. We create energetic chaos in our energy field and constantly move back and forth. Life cannot give us it´s gifts, because we close our door to what is. I would like to invite you to learn to become more and more open, empty, curious and receptive. "I don't know"...how could I know anything  from my limited perception, but I trust in my inner guidance, I trust the source...I trust life.

#27 The difference between feelings and emotions...

Emotions are suppressed energy that burdens and poisons our system. They keep us deeply oscillating and cost us our life source. Emotions are part of our personality, they are part of duality. "Positive" and "negative" emotions are part of the game here on earth, part of the experience of being human. Feelings, as I understand them, are part of our true being, they have no opposite. Feelings such as love, joy, peace, bliss etc. are part of our true nature, in them you are deeply one with life, with your essence and never in resistance with what is. They are always present when no emotions seem to cover them up.
