#70 Receiving is our birthright. In receiving, we remember that we are held, guided, and deeply loved.

Do you know that feeling that giving is easier than receiving? Not out of generosity, but because giving seems to give us a sense of control. Receiving requires surrendering. The body stops holding on, stops fighting, and sinks into life itself. True receiving is quiet, natural, and genuinely sustaining, and often we are no longer even consciously aware of it, because it has not been experienced for many generations. Receiving marks the end of the struggle for survival and the beginning of a life lived in abundance and trust.
